I bought a mask it didn’t work as required around the nose clip, I emailed the company with no hesitation or hassles they promptly sent me a replacement, I said do I need to send the faulty mask back, as proof and would have with no hesitation, but my request was denied, they took me as a genuine customer with a complaint with my purchase, and I appreciated and applaud them to replace it in a timely matter, without hassles or stress, I for one have past my happiness with the way I was handled, and told many of people to go through this wonderful Australian company, I can’t say enough words to be proud of there service and no hassles attitude towards the consumer, you be crazy to do business with anyone else I stand by this writing by me as a happy customer keep up the great work 5 stars don’t show the gratitude I will give 10 starts if I could it’s greatly appreciated the new mask fits as you said , and I appreciate your company doing the right thing as many are about the money, not the reason or health side of things why I purchased it in the first place, keep up the great work kind regards.
